I was amazed at the quality for finding this on Amazon and loved this product better than what I typically find at Salon Beauty Stores. The smell alone was so much better and will keep me buying this again and again! Used on my 10 year old and had zero issues! His curls turned out amazing and he’s now part of the baseball curl trend.

I perm my boys' hair every couple months. This works perfectly. They love the level of curl. The process is so easy. I've bought this product 6 times now. 3 different kids, all perfect curls.

This product is intended for hair dressing professionals, but the process is the same as for "home permanents." Easy to use. The "ultra firm" part remains to be proven; my perm is only a few weeks old, and like all perms, it did relax a little.

Slow leak and damaged packaging. But still had enough for my son’s hair.

I'm so amazed my hair is very long you must use the right curling rods if you have very long hair like me use the long curling rods I couldn't find the directions on the box so I looked it up online and it says to leave the thermal liquid thing for 20 minutes max I left it in for like 30 minutes because I had to do a important errand and then rinse it off with the rods inside your hair still and then you put the neutralizer and you leave it on for 7 minutes like I did and rinse your hair out with cold water very well. And this was my result on the third photo my hair is very damp still but the curls are holding very strong it will damage your hair for sure but is definitely worth it

left on for maximum time and hair stayed curly for 12 hours then all curl fell out. this isn’t my first perm so i did it correctly. smelled terrible for no reason. all that work and that money wasted.

The perm solution was disappointing. It didn’t seem strong enough, and the curls came out loose and didn’t last as expected. I followed the instructions carefully, but the results were underwhelming. For the price, I was hoping for a more effective product.
