It is not deeply cold, yet, and so this first "union suit" for me has not really been tested for cold. But i am mostly pleased at how it fits me. My belly is a bit out of whack compared to the rest of me, and as such the buttons are a bit stretched around my middle, leaving slight gaps between buttons, while the rest of the suit fits well and is very comfortable. And they are easy for me to get in and out of, even with stiff inflamed joints etc. The rear flap is even within my reach, so I can use it and avoid removing suit for restroom visits. The arms may be a little short, and my arms are not particularly long, but this is a plus if you do not want the sleeves showing beyond your long sleeve shirt. The sleeve cuff fits snugly keeping sleeve in place while donning a shirt, and keeps air flow out. I haven't worked really hard in the suit yet. so have not really tested wicking properties, but so far so good. Movement is good, plenty of room for action, without stressing seams etc. I ordered another brand/style of union suit at the same time, a week later it has not arrived yet. The other set is planned for more severe weather, or longer wear situations and at twice the price, I expect them to be nicer, but that said, I think I will order another suit like this to have one in wash while wearing the other, and for most situations these will suit me quite well. I wear bib overalls a lot, do to discomfort of tight belts, and not having tight under garment elastic waist is really the comfort factor I was hoping for, and these are great on that account.

This was a gift for my husband. Not only did he love it, he also loves the style, humor and wearability of it.

The 2X is tight. For me, 6' 225lbs, it could have been longer in the sleeves. Other than that, it is comfortable and I appreciate the number of buttons.

Reviews are great, a very comfortable garment, but the sizing can be a bit wonky. Following their information, I purchased a large, which fit, but was long in the legs and baggy.....usable, but not the fit I had wanted...but I am keeping it for around the house use. Note that I am 5'9" and 175. I re-ordered a medium, it fits perfectly.

It’s really warms you up and it’s so comfortable to use.

When I first pulled it out of the package, it looked like it belonged on somebody a full head taller than me (i'm 6'2" 190 and usually wear a large). After I got it on me, though, it actually fit pretty close to perfect. I guess my eyes are playing tricks on me. Anyways, material is incredibly comfortable; I didn't want to take it off, but i need to wash it and shrink it just a bit so it'll fit even better.

I was looking for the old style carrhart long john and came across these. Was looking for plastic buttons that didn’t snap together.The butt flap is almost useless as small as it open to sit down and used the bathroom without taking the whole top down….because i work construction and use porta potties all day thats one thing that has to be usable so i dont have to strip down and have my clothes get wet from the floor or freeze to death
