Its flavored and very nice to have a breakfast at work. Quiet handy and easy. I really liked it so much and used some raisins and almond to add up makes more delicious and healthy. Delivered on time with Amazon.

Thought these would be a lot nicer but was left feeling very disappointed, the apple is too overpowering and not my cup of tea. Won’t be buying these again.

Few pots came pierced lids, they sent order 22 different boxes way to much packaging way to many packages really annoying that they couldn’t send them in one box one shipment saving Carbon emissions very un-economical I cancelled the subscription due to that factor alone the actual product taste great easy to make.
