VT-CZUW-F64O Vinbrite Crystalbrite Filter Pads, 5 Count

I make my own Mead and occasionally have a bottle with some sediment in it. I was looking for some way to filter that out. These pads work, however they take a long time, over an hour a bottle. Granted I don't have the filtering system, I just put the filter in a funnel and poured the Mead through it, but it took a very long time. If you're only doing the very occasional bottle and you have time these will work for you. However if you're looking to do bulk filtering or filtering fast these probably aren't going to work for you.

I have been doing a bit of home brewing over the past couple of years and purchased this for that purpose. I've been using it to make mead and had absolutely no issues. Filters all yeast, but sometimes does clog. The quality is above average. Would recommend to anyone doing the same.

I use these all the time for filtering my wine. They definitely won't filter out everything and your wine will still drop sediment if you haven't allowed plenty of time for clearing, but these do a good job of giving that extra bit of clarity to an already well cleared wine.

I would not try any other brand of filter pad to go with your vinbrite mark lii wine filter system. A beautiful bottle of wine is worth the little cost of the right product and one that works well as it was intended to do with the filter system.

If it was cheeper and had more in a pack, it would of got a five. Needless to say, it did its job.
