Elleven Checkpoint-Friendly Wheeled Computer-Case 17", Laptop/MacBook Pro

I bought this on May, 2016. At my first trip to overseas, Telescopic handle doesn't deploy well, and collapse by itself. At first use, it is broken.I asked return and they don't accept return since it was over 30 days. They returned me after repair. But I would never bring this bag onmy trip to ruin the trip. This product has obviously quality problem. I am stuck and wasted my money on this poor product.

Lightweight, Very versatile for traveling!! Handle is long but easily retracted. Lots of pockets for storage.

I love it, it is perfect for what I need it for.The only thing mprovemenr it could use is for the wheels to roll in all directions.
