It'll do the job.
I had multiple pinhole leaks in an outdoor spigot, and they were right next to an attachment of a larger pipe (Not the source, the connection is good). This stuff set up very quickly and the leaks are stopped. It looks like a very solid product. I was unable to remove the black outer wrap, but I don't care. It's no longer leaking and it's been days.

Terrific product
Fabulous. Did the job on a rubber suction hose after I put my post hole digger through it. I was a bit skeptical that it would do the job but within an hour, my pond was up and running again like nothing had ever happened. I thought I might be looking at a very expensive and messy repair, but I was able to take care of it in less than an hour for $15. I wish there had been a bit more putty, but it did the job.

J-B Weld FiberWeld 2
When using this adhesive if your pipe is not in an open and free area this item can be very difficult and messy to use. The pipe I wanted to repair was too close to the wall and I could not rap the adhesive around the pipe and the mess it created was terrible. The cleanup took most of the time and nothing was accomplished. The product will work but in an open space free from walls and other obstacle.

Effective temporary pipe repair that’s easy to use
I purchased this FiberWeld pipe repair cast to fix a small leak and stabilize a damaged section of pipe. I needed something quick and easy that didn’t require special tools. The instructions were clear, and the application process was straightforward. Once activated and wrapped, the material hardened as expected and formed a strong, secure seal. It adhered well and provided immediate reinforcement to the pipe, which helped stop the leak and prevent further damage. One thing to keep in mind is that this works best as a temporary or emergency repair. It’s very effective for stabilizing the issue, but it’s not a replacement for a full pipe repair or professional fix. Overall, this is a reliable solution to keep on hand for quick fixes or emergencies. It’s easy to use, works as intended, and provides peace of mind until a permanent repair can be made.

Repaired a cracked sprinkler pipe
This jb weld fiber weld kit worked great on repairing a cracked pvc sprinkler pipe. The instructions are very clear, but there are also many videos online you can watch if you are a visual learner. It is very straight forward and easy to use. I used this kit in a very tight area with not much room to work with. This stuff is sticky. Even with dirt getting onto the patch, the repair is extremely solid. At this point, the pipe will fail before the fiber weld fails. After applying I let it sit for 24 hours to ensure a full curing process and now my sprinklers are fully operational.

This stuff works!
At first it appeared that it didn't stop the leak. Twenty-four hours later...no water leaking from the pipe. It's a bit messy, so you may want to have an extra pair of gloves available, but it's worth the mess.

Not worth the price or trouble.
I do not recommend this stuff. IT sticks to everything but the pipe. It is wildly toxic. Worst part is that it becomes this sticky slimy wet situation and in the end, we threw the entire thing in the garbage and it did not fix the leak.

Great repair product
Awesome! Versatile and easy to apply. Great value, very water resistant, no odor, quantity is enough for other projects. Was used to repair the elbow pipe under powder room sink that cracked completely through. Hubby very happy.

Great stuff!
A little messy to use however it does come with a pair of gloves! This kit was very easy to use! The one comment I would say is that the application is very linear and doesnt have much stretch or flex. For example, if you are using it to temporarily patch and seal a 1 3/4" to a 2" pipe then you will have to use a twist in the fabric to snug up the smaller diameter size (as opposed to say one of those elastic medical bandages flex) Once installed however and left to cure, rock hard and does the job.
