My (almost but no blood relation) Grand Daughter received the book today. I live in another state, and I sent this gift for a very ambitious, smart, and avid reader at 6 years old, who neeeeded this book. While I have not read this book yet, I can only imagine it to be empowering, and motivating for her. She was so thrilled with it. Her Mommy let me know that they will record her reading it for me, and send me the video! <3 <3 >3Such a great memory, and collector item for a sweet little girl!

This is an excellent message wrapped in a gorgeous, approachable children's book. The illustrations are superb and allow many young girls to see themselves in their story. The message is clear and can be understood by young readers without talking down to them. My little girl loved it and I expect we've added another regular to our bedtime book list.

This book was great for my girls! I love that it truly embraces all different types of females backgrounds and inner beauty. This has easily become a favorite for our household and a great reminder of feeling and promoting female empowerment.

Very empowering book for little girls. It’s encouraging and allows them to not only see themselves but the positive messages reinforce that they should be confident and that’s ok.
