Bought this item for my husband who has a slouching habit. He also complains of shoulder and back pain.Thought that if he wears one, he can improve his posture and find some relief for the pain. My husband says it has helped him a lot particularly in improving his posture. Little by little I think, his slouching habit has been lessened.

Im working from home since covid started, and i can tell you how bad my back hurts when im sitting on our dining chair for more than 6hrs a day. We all know its not ergonomically designed for long sitting position.I search for a product that may help lessen my backpain. I cant get an office chair since we only live in a small apartment space, so i opt to get myself a back support instead. Then I found this amazing back support that also, as described, is a posture corrector. Me and my husband have tried it and we both love how it is working for us!i took a photo that will show (whoever is reading this and is interested to try it) how the backbrace can fit different body shape and size. The girth of the corset sits just right, right above on my husbands tummy. The velcro strap is adjustable and its easy to use.My husband is 5ft 10in, 77kg, tall and somewhat heavy build, while I am 5ft 3in, 43kg, on the lighter build.. but either way, it fits us both. Since im on the smaller build, I had to make a little effort to tighten the strap some more to avoid unnecessary extra space on my waist.I started using it for i think less than 10minutes the first time while Im working. It felt weird since I never have tried this before. But slowly, I feel relieved on my back. It must be the plate which sits right at the middle of my back and spine. It serves as a reminder for me to sit up straight and to stop slouching! hahahThe fabric is soft and doesnt hurt the skin even when its tight. The seams are neatly made as well. Looks sturdy and its very convenient because we can both take turns to use it anytime. I decided to increase the time wearing it from 10mins to 15mins on the 3rd day, then 30 mins on the 6th day, and until now. I try not to force myself wearing it for a long period. but I plan to increase it to a full 1hour/day in a couple more days because I am happy with the result. I know theres a lot more improvement in contiuous use.It might be just a little effort for me to strap it to waist since im quite small, but thats okay and doesnt bother me at all, because this is definitely a good buy! We both get to use the product and enjoy having our good posture back! This is a must try!

Great for people working from home.
I've noticed that even with my $1400 chair, I still tend to slouch a little when working. According to my physiotherapist's advice, I got this "soft brace". This product is not fully locking you in a straight position, but more "suggestingly pushing" you toward one. This, apparently, is a lot better for you, since harder braces do the posturing for you, which weakens your muscles. This brace does not lock you in a position even on the tightest setting, so it's the healthier option.The brace itself is very customizable. You can control the waist size/tightness, the shoulder bracing tightness, and the shoulder pads position. Takes about 15 seconds to put of/adjust. I've been using it for 2 weeks now, and I find myself slouching a lot less. It's so comfortable, that I also just walk with it around the house sometimes.Another product we all need since this whole "work from home" started...

Very comfortable
Bought 2 of these, 1 for myself and one as a gift for a friend.It is very comfortable to wear for long period. I mainly use it when working in my home office while sitting in front of the computer the whole day. The material is stretchy and not itchy.I like the extra torso or body strap compared to the other version that only goes over the shoulders. It makes it stay in place snug and tight. Very adjustable to all body size as the velcro is strong and stays in place.I would recommend it!

Best product for posture correction
I definitely like the design, wouldn't get one without the back support. Very comfortable, wore for half a day no problem. Using it to correct posture for a shoulder issue and it's definitely helping. It's just hard to put on once you get the right tension and fit, but I also don't see a way to help with that. Wasn't using it for pain relief so not sure how to rate that.

Helps a lot with back
I spend about 6 to 10 hours sitting in front of my laptop during quarantine for about 5 months and it took a lot of toll on my back. I had such pain in my back that I couldn't sleep properly because of it. Wife bought this back posture corrector for me and it helped me a lot. I even wear it during my Zoom meetings underneath my shirt and it help me a lot in sitting throughout long Zoom meetings. The material is not itchy and it can be wore easily and also easily taken off.
