Top Notch Product
I have installed over a 150 drain pop ups in my business including this one. I have had only a few leak and it was always due to my error.I believe all of the feedback saying this a bad product because it leaks are without merit. If you install it improperly it will leak. Therefore it's better to consider what you're doing, or hire someone to take care of it.

good quality durable parts but no assembly instructions
used this to replace a inexpensive 25yo DELTA model that the bottom gasket was leaking. looks and feels much better and stronger than old delta parts. you have to figure out where the there gaskets go bc no assembly instructions. even the drain plug body was made of brass! it's been long time i've not seen this made from plastic -hahaha. ez-flo seem like a good brand. buy this but be ready to google for gasket placement...

No instructions and leaks from there assembled assembly
This product came with no assembly instructions and when I called there 800 number they also could not provide any information regarding installation. The product is made well, but after assembly it leaked from their assembled piece that was already assembled by them and could not come apart at all. This piece was the tail piece of part already coming together under the brushed nickel assembly. This part should have been Teflon taped prior to assembly or more easily removable. They are completely unresponsive to my inquiries. Do not buy this product here, but buy in a home center where you can already see that it comes with assembly instructions!

Bought Drain from Home Depot, all plastic, Dang near $8. , not happy w/ quality or Home depots prices, found this Drain assemble, ordered 2, Quality is fantastic!!! Brass :) and only $11. for equal Value at HD, wanted like $23 . so impressed with quality I now order a 3rd unit for my other Bath,

Great quality, heavy duty, but the rubber o-ring leaks no matter how hard you press it down. It's a very slow leak, but still annoying.
