I make room in my Beauty & Health budget for this product, it's just that good. Three years ago, at age 43, I began to notice perimenopausal hair loss. I have naturally dark hair and have always worn it longer, from below my shoulders to the middle of my back, and while each strand is fine individually I had a lot of it, so it didn't show until recently. And it was "slippery", it never held hair combs when they were popular and getting curls to last more than a few hours was a Vatican approved miracle. I took 10,000 mcg of Biotin daily of six months and saw no change. Tried six months of silicone drops which are magic for my complexion and I continue to use them for that (Jarrosil or Biosil) but I saw little to no improvement for my hair and nails. In my continuing quest to stop the issues I was having, I read about a special kind of keratin that is supposed to be better absorbed by our bodies called Cynatine. At the time, Reserveage and a special mail-order catalog supplement were the only two products available with it. I went with Reserveage since it was here on Amazon, and I was impressed with its other ingredients and antioxidant benefits. I took the two capsules faithfully every day and within a few weeks I could see a positive result on my fingernails. Like my hair, my paternal grandmother blessed me with decent nails which grow until I want to cut them and had a natural flexibility...until the past few years, when suddenly they became brittle and started peeling. The Reserveage not only stopped the peeling and brought back their flexibility, it even helped a few of the ugly age-related ridges. (The rest I'm stuck going after with a good buffer and ridge filling base coat, but I'm thrilled it affected them at all).After two full months on the supplements I noticed a tremendous difference in my hair shedding. Prior to this, no matter how delicate I was, I was filling up my brush daily, causing our shower drain to regularly clog, and spending a fortune on adhesive lint rollers for my clothes, bedding and furniture because it seemed like my hair was everywhere! What convinced me it wasn't my imagination that the Reserveage was working was my husband asked if I'd been cleaning out the shower drain trap because he hadn't had to in weeks (I hadn't). That independent verification helped what I had been seeing--a hairbrush that had 1/4 of the hair daily it had before. And the natural *shine* my hair gets from this is wonderful! I had friends ask what new styling product I was using because my hair was reflecting like a mirror, and it wasn't anything different, it's this supplement. Over time, my hair has become thicker in a way it wasn't before and it actually holds curl for an entire evening!Because of tight finances like everyone else, I decided to not to order these for a few months. Wow! I had no idea how quickly I would see the results. Within a week my nails were peeling like a cracked hard boiled egg, A few weeks later the shower drain and my brush were FULL of shedding hair again. And big pieces of my nails would break off with a sudden impact and it looked like a puzzle missing a jagged piece. So, I repurchased the Keratin Booster and just like the first time it was magic all over again. Later that year I noticed a few less expensive brands came out containing Cynatine and I tried them for 2 months each, and while it wasn't as catastrophic as while I was off the Reserveage Keratin Booster, neither my hair or nails felt or looked "right". So, last year I made the decision to make these part of my permanent budget and haven't regretted it since. Clearly my body needed a literal keratin boost and I hope Reserveage never stops making this product!

I have been taking this product for roughly a month. faithfully. I have split the dose from 2 capsules a day to just 1 capsule for the reason of not getting any side effects, such as break outs or rashes, hives etc...I am 34 year old male with alopecia as well. I have a bad neck and shoulder and also back problems due to a car accident many years agoI bought this product to be able to grow my hair that i have left, faster and did not know it contained biotin nor i was interested in biotin. I was mainly interested in the Keratin boost.I could never fix my muscles enough to feel better. I coud'nt also fix my alopecia due to some unknown cause that the doctor's couldn't point out.Currently my back got 100% better. I no longer feel the bones htting my weak muscles in my back.The main reason i purchased this was for my hair however I will continue to use it due to the fact is that i lost weight and my back feeling better and also i see tiny little hairs growing. I am using also propecia and a topical from china for my hair to assist further.However I feel what really helped me is this product and even if my hair don't grow. I will continue to use due to better digestion and also less back aches.This product may not be for everyone however if you suffer from anything I have stated this product may help you greatly.I will continue to use this product as long as i dont get any side effects which i have not gotten for the past 1 month since i used it.Great product guys! keep it up! I started taking these about a year ago when I did something idiotic to my hair and needed it to grow out ASAP. I generally have little faith in these kinds of products but am always willing to give something a chance. I have continued to take it religiously ever since as I have found that it does seem to make my hair grow more rapidly (I have super-slow growing hair); now I don't mean an inch a day but more than before I started taking these; enough that, on a monthly basis, I have noticed a difference. One thing is for sure, my fine hair is defintely stronger and healthier. It is easier to notice with my nails; my nail tech cannot keep up with their rapid growth. Also, my toe nails used to take a long time to grow, now they grow as fast as the nails on my hands. I can take these capsules on an empty stomach and they do not make me sick. So, if you are not looking for a miracle but a realistic improvement, you will appreciate these vitamins.

I am a 52 year old African American woman. I get a relaxer twice a year. I have used these particular hair pills for about 6 months. The first thing I noticed was my hair stopped shedding so much! My hair growth has increased. But I do not have hair down to the middle of my back! I do not think any hair pills really increase that fast growth at my age! But my hair has grown past my shoulders. I am pleased with the strength, length, health and shine of my hair so I will continue buying the 60 pack. My nails have done well too!
