‘‘Tis the seasoning.
This is a great seasoning. Instead of all those little bottles that are always empty when you need the seasoning the quantity received with my order will keep me in stock for a long time.

Herb-de-Province WOW!
We enjoyed this mix - put it on chicken, in my chicken -n- dumplings, and in other dishes. It was a little larger grain than we are accustom to using so we put it in the grinder for a quick spin. The taste is phenomenal, smells awesome, it was very fresh, and it adds so much to our dishes.

Good price for a good amount. Says it's from France. Seems fresh based on smell and taste.

Nice herb blend and no lavender!
I love this blend... it is tasty and does not contain lavender. I am from France and my maternal side all grew up in Provence and I can tell you that we never put lavender in our herbal mix. Not in Provence or anywhere in France. I find it quite difficult in Canada to find a blend without it so I was very happy to find this one! (the photo shows lavender flowers but not the ingredients so I took my chances and there was no lavender!). And it is organic!

Si utilizzano su molti piatti, delicate ma saporite
Le adoro, oltre ad avere un ottimo profumo ne metto un pizzico sui piatti di carne e sul sugo per condire la pasta. Inoltre inserite in un bel barattolo fanno un’ottima figura. Molto soddisfatta.

Herbs de Provence should be staple in everyone’s kitchen cabinet. This blend is an excellent mix. Far exceeding my expectations and of far higher quality than any I have purchased before.
