Review: Cooking good - I’m very happy with this product
Review: Easy little skewer - I wanted to make some chicken schwarma and saw that there were a ton of pans that you attach the skewer in the middle, but I didn't want to buy a whole extra pan. Then I found this product, for a 1/3 of the price and I had to give it a try. I just set it inside a small baking sheet and it worked perfect. It wasn't wobbly at all, it stood perfectly upright when I pulled it in and out of the oven a bunch of times. Shown here is 4lb of pounded flat chicken thigh covered in a spiced yogurt sauce on the 12" skewer. It had enough room to add a whole onion and 1/2 and apple at the top. Just keep adding water to the bottom of the pan every 30 minutes so the juices don't burn (I made that mistake!), but I'll do better on the next round!
