Bahlsen Choco Leibniz Dark Cookies (3 boxes) - Leibniz Butter Biscuits topped with a thick layer of German Chocolate - 4.4 oz boxes

Ever since I ordered 12 boxes, I find Bahlsen's the best chocolate cookie around. The second time I ordered however -- in July -- all the cookies in all the boxes had melted en route, melted and re-dried, creating discolored cookies and blotches of melt. Unsightly and unable to share with guests. Very disappointing. But when I reached out to the company, they were most helpful and responsive. Not only the best cookie, but excellent service. Highly recommended

Great cookie- but will it ever be delivered? Order delivery date was over a week ago and it's still a couple thousand miles away . . . No updates on when it will actually arrive. Frustrating.

Update: the manufacturer reached out to me and offered me a refund, which I did not accept since the cookies turned out to be pretty good. I think the real problems occurred in transit. I was really disappointed with these cookies. Quite a few were broken despite good manufacturer packaging; also, they had obviously been exposed to temperature extremes. I would not buy them again and I can not recommend them

The combination of the cookie and chocolate is perfect. Very difficult to eat just one!

I've been obsessed with these cookies for quite some time now. I absolutely LOVE the Bahlsen brand - the flavor is incredible, the price is beyond fair, and quality of the product is very high, and their customer service is absolutely outstanding! I can't praise them enough! A big shout out to Sabrina Valle. Sabrina - If I ever start my own company, i'm definitely hiring you as my VP of customer service! I bought a box of these cookies a year(?) ago from a grocery store and I loved them and even though the store charged $6.75 for a box I continued to buy them. Lately though the store is often out of them and I'm left with inferior choices. I live in northern California and It's late August with temperatures in the middle 80's to low 90's and although I was worried about melting, I went ahead and I ordered the 12-pack box. When the box arrived I found it to be exceeding well insulated with sealed (melted) ice-packs inside and the cookies were in perfect condition.
