Work very well. I have tile floors so they slide well, but they do have a side for carpeted areas. Easy to use. Comes with basic instructions and simple exercises. Use them correctly and you’ll really get a workout. But, do not use them willy nilly. You could wind up doing a split which may not be what you want to do. I speak from experience. 😊

Love these sliders. I use them on a carpeted floor and they slide so smooth. I really feel my muscles working hard to control. Would definitely purchase again but the product design leaves no room for them to ever become damaged.

I bought these to do the 80 Day Obsession by beachbody instead of the BB ones. They shipped super fast and I have to say, after receiving them, these absolutely exceeded my expectations. The quality is very good and it even comes with a workout manual with tons of cool exercises. My husband and I have different size feet and we were both able to use them without our feet slipping off. Only thing is I wish they offered more color options.

These are AWESOME. I was concerned about scratching floors as shown in another review but the soft side goes down on hard floors and no scratches. Great workout!!

It really helps your workout go smoother! I have only used them on hardwood floors so I don't know how well they work on carpet.

I can honestly say these are the best sliders I have used so far. I use sliders frequently in my workouts and I struggled to find a quality pair on Amazon that actually slide well.
