**Q: is there benefit to taking longer than 7 days post surgery ?**
A: That depends on the procedure you had, how well you are healing and a host of other factors.  Homeopathic Arnica is used to reduce bruising, swelling and pain.  Bromelain with Quercetin is used as a natural anti-inflammatory and helps to reduce swelling.  Used together, these two botanicals help address the bruising, swelling and pain that often accompanies surgery or injury.  The Bromelain is used for 7 days following a procedure; whereas the Arnica is used for up to 3 weeks following a procedure.  While your surgeon can tell you what to expect given the procedure you had done, we have found that for most patients, one Arnica + Bromelain bundle is sufficient.  However, if you feel that you need additional support, then you may want to consider taking another round of Bromelain with Quercetin and overlap taking with the remaining Arnica from the bundle.
