Idk maybe I received a bad batch…This was a complete waste of money. I have never tasted any coco powder that would taste so bitter while not having any chocolate flavour at the same time..

It doesn't smell like chocolate when I opened the bag. The color is kind of rusty-brown and the taste in hot chocolate is awful. I can't describe what it taste like but this is far from chocolate taste. It just gives me the impression that I poured some rusty powder in my milk. Don't know if it's a bad batch, but this is garbage

Product is not fresh and have a very short shelf life four months. My first packet of Anthony's Organic Cocoa Powder also had a very short shelf life and the cocoa itself had several lumps.Had to stop my subscription to periodically purchase this item. To make matters worse, this item cannot be returned.
