Update: new battery loses charge faster than original battery. I will be buying another battery. Hopefully it will be better not worse. Tool kit is complete and brilliant! Easy to remove and replace battery. Take your time, follow the YouTube video instructions. They brag they replaced the battery in 10 minutes but take your time so you get it right. Must use razor blade or sharp knife to pry back away from front half. There is a factory adhesive seal. Will need to use some force to pull halves apart. Once open you can remove most of the old adhesive. There are tape strips included in kit so you can replace the seal when you put it back together. A great value, great battery and so thrilled I could do this myself! Charges fast, holds charge longer all day!

Comes with the correct tools so you don't need to source them; if you're competent working with small items like this you can have it changed within half an hour easily. Just a side note, this is the second time I've replaced my wife's watch battery; she doesn't wear hers as often as I wear mine and hers goes out faster than mine so I suggest wearing your watch more often and charging it after you've worn it. (Make sure you've got it ON the charger though!) Her watch is easily 4+ years old. Excellent value for the money to keep these awesome little watches working.

Worth every penny. The battery in my watch has been replaced twice now. This one had easier to install adapters and tools that were helpful.

Not too hard to do, see some youtube videos about the watch, it worked like a champ, my wife likes that watch better than the newer one she has.

Proper size for the Gear S2 so no trimming needed. Get a decent tool set as the Y driver is pointless and you need a good set of tweezers to do the job.

The ability to diy is definitely a must and these days a money saver. The oem battery was going bad and I was looking for a place to repair my gear s2 and was quoted $120 for parts and labor. So I paid $20 for a battery and did it myself in 15mins and saved $100. So far the battery life had exceed my expectations and the charging time cut in half. If you can diy and know a little bit about electronics you can make your own repair and save some money.

Good Battery just like OEM.

This kit is great. It has everything that I needed to remove the old and install the new battery. The screwdrivers are fairly well made and will work for more than one install. It comes with some extra screws which was, in my case, a nice surprise. I didn't need them but if I would have lost a screw when I took the watch apart it is great to have them.

Very quick delivery, the product was delivered 3 days ahead of schedule. After replacing battery watch working like new.. worth to buy.

The fact that there were reviews and blogs and youtube info on the net made it easy to fix my watch a somewhat technical endeavor.
