Miko Awase Miso Paste (Aka+shiro) 17.6z

I have fallen in love with Awase Miso Soup. In addition, you can use this to enhance many other sauces and soups.It's mild, not spicy and has a smooth flavor that isn't too bold. (unless you put a LOT of paste in LOL )Caution - make sure you never ever boil it or you will really ruin the flavor. I usually add it in last, about 2 minutes after the pot has stopped boiling.

This product came in earlier than expected and included a free packet of bamboo chopsticks as well! It was a really nice surprise that made my day and the miso itself is delicious.
