50 teaspoons according to the box. (It reads that a serving size is 1/3 teaspoon and there are 150 servings, which would equate to 50 teaspoons.) Hope that helps!

For two servings, I use 1 1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon of Hondashi, and 1 tablespoon of miso.
