I'm 133lbs and am a 23" waist and 34 hips so I still don't know what size. I'm guessing small/2.. I remember when I had a weight problem but it was opposite and I was having trouble losing weight, and I was about 200 lbs and a 36in waist and 48inch hips and still, panties would fit nicely in a size 8. 🤔 I guess panties sizes are different than pants sizes. I hope you find the chart, and I hope it helps you and others to get the best sizes we need.
