Q: Best way to wash Zeiss microfiber cloth?

I wash mine separately in cold water. DO NOT use fabric softener. If it is stained I use a product like oxyclean or spray & wash or Resolve. I always use a second rinse cycle to ensure that all cleaning product residue is rinsed out then I either tumble dry on low again separately or air dry. Keeping them separate and not using fabric softener to my mind helps to keep the microfiber from being compromised. So far mine may have a few stains that haven't come out but they still clean well and don't streak unless they need to be washed. The oldest is about three years old. I haven't gotten this performance out of any cloth except Zeiss

Q: What is the texture of this zeiss cloth? does it have a silky feel, is it more like suede, or is it somewhere in-between, like the magicfiber?

It is silkier and of lighter weight than the MagicFiber. I actually like both depending on what I'm using it for. Cloth Addiction is my favorite but too expensive.

ONE!? For $7 you may as well buy the X2 8oz cleaner and 2 free smaller Zeiss microfiber cloths at $10. This is far too much for a single cloth no matter how nice they are (and they are nice)
