Not impressed
When I got it I was so excited to do my hair and my 3 girls hair, but to my disappointment the cap doesn’t stay hot long maybe 10/15 min. I would ideally think it would stay at least 30 min. The protective cap that they give you ripped on my 2nd use and started to fade. Overall I wouldn’t buy again I’ll just go old school and it under a dryer

Made my frizzy hair worse!
I had high hopes for this after reading the reviews, so I was doubly disappointed when my hair was even frizzier after my first use. I used a keratin lotion as directed, popped the cap into the microwave for a total of 2 min 30 sec and put it on over the foil on my hair. When done, I rinsed and styled as usual. My hair is even frizzier than before, but the frizz is softer, so I guess that's something. So disappointed. I want to shave my head bald at this point.

It is a well-made heating cap and fits snugly on my head. It heats up quickly in the microwave and retains the heat for approximately 20 minutes.

Great quality hair cap for deep conditioning.
This is great quality product. It does what it is expected to do. I heat it up in the microwave for 120 seconds in three sets of 40 seconds maximum at a time in my 1000 watt microwave. Please follow instructions! It keeps good heat and I love it, It is also a beautiful navy blue colour. It looks classy. This is my second purchase. I have misplaced my other one which I may have left elsewhere. I totally and unreservedly recommend this product!

I love it! My hair type is 4b/c and this is what I needed to complete my hair routine.Yes it can feel a bit heavy in the head but that’s expected. This is a must have.ps my curls are defined after using it
