The seller shipped promptly without any problem and although the white reeds looked great, once I put the diffuser oil in, the white disappeared, so I'm using sticks just decoratively. It's OK for now. I liked the gift scented sachets, too. Always nice for closets and drawers.

Seem to work well so far. I wish the seller would have left the stinky sachets out of the box-gave me a headache, and it looks like people have complained about it before. Some of us really don't do well with some scents.

Excellent product
I ordered these after returning Reed Diffusers from another seller. These were great. The scent really comes out well and the white sticks are well made. I will highly recommend them!

I got a sample of these along with my rotten reeds I ordered. These reeds really put out the fragrance of the oil they are used in, I'm using the white ones in the spice pumpkin oil sold at walmart but since their oil is tinted the reeds picked up the color and aren't white anymore. If you want these to hold their color only use them with clear oils or just buy the black ones.
