Yarwo Diabetes Travel Case with 2 x TSA Approved Ice Packs for Insulin Pens

Wonderful for travel around town or on trips. Two ice packs lets me rotate daily. Insulin stays safely cool throughout the average day. On super hot days of over 90, I may have to switch ice packs in the middle of the day. Very durable. Very affordable and easily fits in the straps of a Sash brand bag. Have used mine both with syringes /vials in a silicone sleeve and also with insulin pens and pen needles for the last few years.

My BF is type 1 diabetic and has to carry his insulin everywhere we go. We like to spend a lot of time outdoors and were always scared the insulin would get too hot but this saved us on a lot of long walks.

This works roughly as advertised, and for the price, it is not bad. As noted by other reviewers, the space inside with the ice packs in place is reduced. It is certainly enough for a few insulin pens as shown in the picture. In my case, I used it to transport some specialty eye drops that must be kept cold, and the fit was tight. Nevertheless, I can fit at least two of the small drop bottles in there. On my recent trip, I froze the ice packs overnight, and put my eyedrops in the case at around 9 a.m. Then I went to the local office to work for a few hours, and I placed the whole case, closed, in a fridge (not a freezer), to keep it cold as long as possible. I put the case in my carry-on bag, surrounded by clothes, at around 5 p.m., and made it home at around midnight. So, altogether, the case was subject to ambient temperature for about 7 hours, of which about 5 were in air-conditioned spaces. The weather outside was in the 80s, and the suitcase was exposed to that for maybe one hour, at most two. When I arrived home, the drops were still cold, but the ice packs had thoroughly softened and were just cool. In conclusion, the case should be adequate provided that what you're transporting is small and does not need to be frozen, that the time the case remains unrefrigerated does not exceed some 6-8 hours, and that during that time the case is not exposed to very high temperatures.

Absolutely perfect for transporting insulin on hot days in and out of the car. Works like a mini cooler or lunch box container but just the right size for two insulin pens.

Used this for taking my medicine while traveling to and from the destination. Worked great.

I used this for my weight loss shots. Its tsa approved. Just on airplane many times. Keeps cool for hours with freezer pack. Wish they put 2 ice packs in the cooler.

I bought this case for an international trip I was going to take and had no problems with TSA when it was time to board. It comes with two ice packs but in reality only one keeps it cool, if you will be out longer then the two ice packs will be ideal. This case is sleek and discreet

Perfect size, good quality, fits everything needed for diabetics when traveling. Insulin on one side, needles can be put on the other ( if you don't use insulin pens i.e. vials ) but insulin Pens would fit perfectly into this case. And great that it comes with not one but two freezer packs. Highly recommend

I went to Mexico for my honeymoon and used this to carry my insulin pen around. It definitely keeps it cold for quite some time as long as you have the ice pack and is in a crossbody or small purse. Worth the purchase!

Both love and hate the size. It's perfect for 1 pen, but that's it. Doesn't work for anything mornthan that if you use one of the newer triangle capped pens. Good quality though.

Perfect size for one or two pens and a handful of needle tips. Zipper is strong and reliable. Great product.
