By far the best of the three I have tried so far.
I use this primarily to keep the sun off me during golf, and second for rain during golf. This is my third golf umbrella. The first was black; it helped a bit, but I never realized how little until it developed water leaks in its old age. The second was a silver Sun Mountain umbrella; the reflective coating kept me considerably cooler. But it broke in less than a year. This umbrella seems less breakable; it's also bigger in diameter, which gives noticeably more sun and rain protection. I used all three in the umbrella stand of my ClicGear 3-wheel cart. This one seems to seat more securely in the holder, but that's an impression with little evidence to back it up. My major concern is the umbrella's value as a sail. In a strong wind, the extra size and the flatter shape of this umbrella catches the wind and might overpower the cart. Hasn't happened to mine -- yet -- but I have powered wheels with provide a much more stable base than a stock ClicGear cart. I have watched the carts of two friends who also have this same umbrella get capsized in a gust. This seems to be a necessary evil of the additional size that makes this umbrella more effective in sun and rain. BTW, it still doesn't beat staying in the shade of trees, if keeping cool is the objective. But it is better -- a lot better -- than being in the sun without it, and substantially better than other golf umbrella I have used.

Comes with a handy cover to keep it clean when it's not being used!
I wanted something I could use in my boat to keep the sun off me, as I fish solo a lot. This golf umbrella covers a LOT better than a regular umbrella and the silver reflects the sun so well!

Doesn't hold up to wind
Was great while it lasted, but didn't last very long during a windy soccer game. Umbrella flipped inside out and broke. So I'd recommend not using if it's a bit windy. Too expensive to have it break due to some wind.

Excellent Customer service
***Updated Review**** I learned a long time ago that "Sometimes things go wrong, but it is how we deal with it that is important." This has always been important to me and apparently that it is also important to G4Free. After writing the below review, I was contacted by G4free. They wanted to understand the issue with the broken handle. After sending pictures of the umbrella and the holder (a tall cup, pretty standard for all push carts) they offered to send me a replacement umbrella. I received the new one in about a week. While I feel I still need to be careful of the umbrella not being blown around in the wind (the handle still feels easy to break), I am at least happy that they addressed my issue. I have hopes that they will make a more solid handle in the future (maybe wrapped in solid rubber?). Even though that will make it even heavier. They did not ask me to update my review, but I think it is fair that I should acknowledge the excellent initiative and customer service. **original review** First, this umbrella is rather heavy. When someone said that in a review, I discounted it. But is important if you are clamping it on your golf cart. I have clickgear model 8 golf cart and this umbrella fits well. However, the umbrella is so heavy that the entire cart tips backwards even with all the weight of the clubs holding it down. I added extra golf balls to try to balance it better. Even then on hills it was a challenge for it not to tip. But more importantly, the second time I used this umbrella (to create shade since I live in SoCal), a small gust of wind grabbed the umbrella and it snapped the handle off! It was a really small gust and the supposed "windproof" umbrella snapped! Sadly for me, this was just after the return period. Since it broke inside the rubber handle, I was hopping that I could still use it, nope. I tried today and the rubber foam handle also gave up the ghost. I will have to figure out a way to clamp it on, if I want to use it now (since I am out the $44). Normally I would give something like this only 1 star, but I really do like the size of this umbrella and really had high hopes. But breaking after only two uses and in the mild SoCal weather, I think people in worse weather should be aware. So 2 stars for the size.

Perfect for golfing.
I’ve had 3 Titleist umbrellas for my golf cart.longer shaft than standard and larger canopy. I believe now they are around $65.00 plus. I like this one better. Reflective top, 72” overall canopy. I highly recommend this one.

Worth every penny
This is exactly what I was looking for it’s a different material than your typical umbrella material (which is really thin) and I was pleasantly surprised that when it came it is very thick material blocks the sun amazing it really makes a world of a difference went outside and Southern California heat under the sun and put that over my head and it was like being under a tree shade!!!!! For all the people who say it smells weird or smells like fish I could care less if it smells like dog booty if it gives me what I need which is shade and to not die of heat stroke ….so pick your battles honestly I think it’s just the material that it’s made out of that makes it smell odd but it works 100% and doesn’t take long to air out the initial smell.

Package arrived on time without damage. It is solidly built with decent quality with a carrying case for this price range. I purchased the G4Free 72 Inch Silver top / black color bottom model. it is a huge size umbrella. There was a bit of heavy industrial coating smell when you first opened the Umbrella, I opened the Umbrella, left it in the backyard for a few hours to air out the heavy smell. Not a big issue. I use the huge umbrella regularly to block off the Sunlight for my afternoon walk. When it is a bit windy, you need two hands to stabilize the umbrella. Young teens and elderly may find it a bit too heavy. Not sure whether this umbrella can survive in a heavy wind storm, but I believe majority of the umbrella will be destroyed anyway in a heavy wind storm regardless of the price and brand name. Amazon has some cheaper prices for 72 inch umbrellas but they do not have the UV Protection, I believe G4Free 72 Inch Umbrella overall has a decent value and quality for this price range.

Delivered on time and matches their marketing claims. Large well designed and made with quality materials. Although I was sceptical of its "wind proof" claims, it did hold up well in about 15 kph winds. Its 50 sunblock seems to work as the heat was noticeably less under the umbrella. I think this umbrella will serve me well for at least 5 golf seasons. However, its 72" claim is misleading as it refers to the total length of the top of the umbrella instead of the diameter which was about 65" ... which is still OK with me.

The handle material degrades and chips away in the "umbrella holder" on our RICKSHAW carts at the club I belong to. Other than that, it's a KEEPER.
