Anyone have a breakdown before work because your house is a disaster and it is starting to make you LOSE YOUR MIND - and then order this today from work and use it immediately upon getting home this evening?! No?! Only me?Well - if we were listing things that are BETTER IN REAL LIFE than the internet I’d scream to go first. Buy this product. It works great, as well as advertised!Buy the extra pads. I cleaned a bedroom and bathroom and thought it probably should be washed before moving onto other rooms. I’m back to get more pads and spray!

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I have another duster but it doesn't do as good of a job as this one... I just did all my walls and ceilings in about a half hour. Super easy to use and definitely a time saver.

I got this in the mail a few days ago. I am always being influenced into this crap. I try to keep a clean house with 2 kids, 2 dogs and a husband who loves Motor-oil. My walls have been neglected over the last decade while raising these humans and dogs and working full time- IYKYK. I purchased this after seeing an Influencer using it. She influenced me! I’m glad I bought it as it really can be a multi-use tool.I have vaulted ceilings on my main floor so the extension was needed. It hit the mark there. The dirt from the kids hands was easy to remove even with all the buildup.Keep in mind you can use your own cleaner. I purchased this one just to see. I probably won’t again. I’ll use something else. The scent was a little too much for me. I did my walls, cabinets, ceilings. All of which have texture. I did my crown moldings and next I’m going to attempt even my very high windows and see if it works.Downfall: while the amount of extension exceeds my expectations, it does keep unscrewing so have to stop pretty frequently does make it a little hard. I’m probably going to attempt some plumbers tape and see how it keeps it in place. We shall see.The other downside is just the cleaner they have. I’m pretty picky with my cleaners so will likely just use what I got and find another.

This product was well worth it. I would recommend getting it. And the extension pole is a also a quality necessary to hold the mop.

It does what you expect, it didn’t surprise me. There’s a lot of love and hate with this mop, but I don’t regret buying it simply because I don’t think there’s anything else significantly better in terms of a mop for the walls and ceilings.The love: the duster is great at removing dust off the door, baseboard, and walls - especially for my high vault ceiling which is the highlight of this mop. For the wet mop, it works well if you have a large area you just want to generally wipe for cleanliness. Works great if you have smooth surfaces/wall (non-textured).The hate: the screwing on the mop head and the extension handles keeps coming undone when I’m trying to scrub hard with it. The wet mop itself doesn’t slide smoothly on my textured walls when I’m cleaning the edges/corners - it flips and flops, so you gotta work extra hard to clean than expected. Because I have textured walls, the wet mop doesn’t remove harsh stained areas that well - I had to get Mr clean magic eraser to do the job, then use the wet mop to remove the residues. Although, on smooth non-textured surfaces it works like a charm.

Excellent product works very well

I was so excited to order this that I even went ahead and ordered the scouring pads for the bathroom, the every day wall cleaner and bathroom cleaner as well. I wanted to love this so much and there’s honestly nothing I even can say I like about this product or the add ons.Let’s start with this actual product. The pole itself is super flimsy. The first day I used it the pole already started to get a bend in it from the applied pressure of cleaning the walls. The metal is the thinnest metal I’ve ever seen on a cleaning tool and definitely does not seem like it will hold up to any type of pressure. The nut that is supposed to hold the head in place at the desired angle is also pretty disappointing. It feels like a cheap plastic instead of a metal bolt and doesn’t hold the angle at all. Maybe if you used a wrench to tighten it or something but I don’t feel like I should have to do all that just to clean my walls. Also the cleaning pads themselves move around constantly. If you hit any type of bump on your wall (old nail hole, dried paint drip or have textured walls) the pads will catch and move around which means you have to bring the pole down to fix the pad and then can resume cleaning. All in all the only positive thing I can say about it is that the duster pad is nice and thick and seems to do just as good as any other microfiber cloth would do.The everyday wall cleaner smells amazing but I didn’t feel like it cleaned that well. It wasn’t awful, just okay but my house did smell amazing for quite a few days after so that’s a plus. If you used it every day and didn’t have any serious spots that needed cleaning it would probably do the trick but if you had anything that really needed cleaning you will either have to really douse it and use heavy elbow grease or a different cleaning product.The scouring pads for the bathroom were a complete joke and waste of money. They are the thinnest “pads” ever and have no grit to them what so ever.The bathroom cleaner unfortunately is a waste as well. Although it does hold true that it does not have a strong chemical smell that’s about the only positive to it. I ended up having to re-clean my entire bathroom because it didn’t even begin to touch even a little of the soap scum.All in all the only product that was even a bit of a win was the wall cleaner. Unfortunately everything has been used so I can’t return it and am out a decent amount of money for something that is going right in the trash.
