Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, 128GB, Mystic White - Unlocked (Renewed)

Initially I left a negative review but this was my own fault for misreading my battery capacity. The Note 20 Ultra I got has a brand new battery, a perfect screen with zero scratches and is in perfect condition. The phone even comes with a charger.

I highly recommend buying from this seller. This phone came to me in complete 100% condition. It has absolutely no scratches or cracks or blemishes anywhere at all. It's seriously brand new condition. It came with a high-speed charger as well. Everything works extremely great as it should and I have had no problems at all with it. This is the absolute best and nicest phone I've ever owned and I will always be buying from the Amazon renewed phone program instead of buying brand new. I got a brand new phone for over half the price. You cannot beat that at all. And Amazon guarantees these phones and if you don't like it you can send it back for your money back or a different one. I highly suggest buying from this seller though because his phones are 100% brand new looking. I looked hard and could not find a single blemish on this phone. It's absolutely perfect and I will be buying from this seller everytime I need a new phone.

So I just got this today, and so far, I'm not impressed. Can't tell you how the phone will work yet, as there are absolutely no directions or paperwork included. As for "excellent" condition, yeah, not so much. I'd judge it as fair to good condition. There is a great deal of obvious pitting and scratching all around the edges, although not on the screen itself. It is definitely visible from more than 12 inches away. I'll be putting it in a case to protect it, so hopefully that won't matter if it's just cosmetic. I just worry that this phone went through the wringer with it's previous owner. It definitely looks like it's been dropped a few times... I have to say, compared to my current phone, a Galaxy Note 9, also purchased as a refurb over 4 years ago, this one is a disappointment. That one was pristine when I received it. Still looks great due to it being in a case, but the battery is starting to go, doesn't hold a charge very long, and gets really hot, really fast. Also the speaker is going and since I use it for work and do a lot on speakerphone, that's critical for me. I too chose this Galaxy Note 20 as it's the last in the line that has the SD slot. Now I just have to go searching for a user manual online so I can figure out how to transfer all my data and memory/sim/etc. Once I actually, hopefully, get to use it, I'll come back and update my review. Update: I've had this phone for a couple of months now, and to say I'm underwhelmed is putting it mildly. Cosmetically, it definitely was NOT in perfect condition. Very obviously used hard by previous owner. But I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is the poor volume control, the fact that it cuts in and out, and locks up. I find I have to restart it far to often to get it to work. Not what you want in a phone. I use my phone a lot for work and not being able to rely on clear sound is a deal breaker. And it's not like I'm walking around and the signal is fading in and out. I live in an urban area, and talk to others in same area, and half the time I can't hear them or they can't hear me, or the sound cuts in an out. So very annoying. It's going back. I'd better get a full refund or I'm going to be even more ticked. This one was a rip-off in my opinion. Completely opposite experience from my first refurb phone.

I love this purchase. The camera quality is superb. I got to keep my s pen and external memory card. The color is amazing. It is also light in weight. There is no aux port but that is perfectly fine. I have Bluetooth. The price was a great bargain for what I received. No scratches or dings. Phone holds a great charge.

The new Note20 U5G arrived on time and was well packaged. For the most part it is in good shape. Unfortunately there's a couple issues I'll need to work out with the seller: 1. VZW locked, not factory unlocked. As long as I can switch carriers with this phone, this isn't an issue. 2. Touch-detectable scratches on the screen. I was expecting no major scratches. 3. Shipped with minimum accessories. I received a used 5W (1A) "charger", a worn out USB cable whose USB-C doesn't stay plugged in to the phone, and a SIM tool. All features and functions work perfectly. I mostly have an issue with the screen scratch since it catches the tip of the SPen. I can continue using my old Samsung rapid charger since this is my 4th Galaxy Note product (2, 4, 8, 20) and I have a bunch of chargers. I'll update this review upon resolution of these issues. UPDATE: RePhoned responded promptly and offered to process a return. The return may be more hassle than hiding the scratch with a screen protector, so I might just learn to live with it. And since I was able to activate on T-Mobile I might be able to overlook the cosmetic defect. I've got just under 90 days to decide.

The phone was in excellent condition as described. Not a scratch on it. I luv'd it. Unfortunately I had to return it. No fault to the seller. The phone was constantly freezing up every time I used it. I contacted the seller thinking it could be fixed but they said it could not be done remotely so I had to return it.

Phone is ok and works fine

I have had this phone for a few years. I actually still have it. Samsung in general makes wonderful durable products that we all can appreciate I have dropped this phone 100+ times I know and it has not failed on me yet. I still have this phone! If you are looking for luxury quality and durability. This is the phone for you.

As été obligé de retourner car malgré le déblocage sim, il restait toujours lié dans leur exigence de at&t. Au Canada il est impossible de mettre android à jour via Wi-Fi ou le réseau. Je recommande pour ceux qui reste au usa. Super vendeur

Very happy with the purchase

THE SCREEN GOT A GRREN LINE IN IT ONLY AFTER ONE YEAR.

I replaced a Note 20 5G with this Note 20 5G. here are the things that I have observed.. -The black border around the screen edges is about twice as thick on this replacement as the original -The battery is in a horrible state, even at a full charge on battery saving mode it wont last the day, my old unit after 4 years would last two days with no problems. -The phone came riddled with bloatware from T-Mobile. the t-mobile diagnostics were using 20-30% of battery life prior to disabling. (the battery issue above is with this disabled still) -The S-Pen is not the S-Pen from this model of phone. As with any renewed item, you get what you get. and I certainly got what I got.

Really disappointed that the phone's pen was broken and stuck inside the unit. Not sure how this passed inspection, but now I wary of how good a job the refurbishers do...
