Great phone
Bought this for my grandpa he had one exactly like it and broke the screen he’s older so he likes the flip phones. This was exactly as I expected it was refurbished but looked brand new, no major blemish’s at all! Worked perfectly with our AT&T. Very simple easy setup definitely cheaper here than buying through AT&T. He’s had it a few months now and still works great no issues. Battery stays charged. Definitely recommend

Easy to use
There's nothing bad I can say about device, I was desperate to get a good phone for my mother in-law, and I found one of the best phone,she can use a smart phone, but this phone is heavy duty phone, and very easy for seniors, I really recommend for people who wants a flip phone,one of the best phone ever buy for her!!

Prehistoric Flip Phone
There isnt anything super special about it, it does what you would expect from a prehistoric flip phone. That being said the case options are minimal and the only one that I could find brand related was a hard plastic which my grandad doesn't particularly like. Outside of that its fairly easy to for him to use.

Tough
This an excellent quality phone for anyone who wants that no frills phone that can take a beating and keep on going. My last one lasted almost 6 years and I loved it. Tough!

It would not work on AT&T network Locked to Verizon
Phone description said it was unlocked as to carrier. It would not work on AT&T network Locked to Verizon. I returned it to seller. Seller received it 7/22/2024. Today 8/29/2024 still no refund. Didn't know Amazon A-Z guarantee only means they will contact the 3rd. party seller. Guess Amazon is trying to give E-Bay some competition. Sad part was it had been purchased as a gift. It turned out OK. Another relative found just the right phone on Walmart's website. No more third party purchases for me from anybody.

No instructions
I enjoy my flip phone but it would be so much easier to learn how to work it if I had any kind of instructions with it.

Solid
Really enjoy this phone. Can still get internet access if needed. Can message multiple people in group chats (with minor errors in read/unread function). Can get music. Rugged. Satisfying flip. Get compliments all the time.

Rugged and reliable
I'd give it 5 stars but I haven't actually put in the sim card. So far I've turned it on and all the features work. If it's as good as my old Sonim, it'd get 5 stars. My old Sonim is still hanging in there but wanted a back-up just in case. I can't bring myself to blow 1200 bucks on these new flipphones that are still having the kinks worked out.

The phone felt very solid but unfortunately it does not work in Canada.
