These are very light and great for work thats what i mainly use it for. I got a medium and i weigh about 185 Lbs and 5'9.Looks as pictured. They dry really fast and wick up sweat and moisture well.I would recommend these for hot weather or even mild cold weather, it is very light and comfortable. It has a small zipper near the chest aera also.
