This is the first gluten free pasta substitute that cooks and tastes like regular pasta. I went to reorder and was very disappointed it was unavailable. I hope this is temporary and it returns quickly. It was delicious!

Love this pasta!
This is my favorite pasta since going gluten free. Pasta is something I've missed and this brand reminds me most of wheat flour pasta. I use it for pasta salads as well as hot pasta dishes. If using it for pasta salad, cook it al dente.
