It’s not a tray it’s just a mat that you have to put on a tray. It allows food to cook on both sides without turning over and any fat etc stays on the May.

I wouldn't recommend using it in the Ninja because of the high temperature it works at. It would probably damage the silicone mat.

I would say definitely not, as the max temperature threshold is 230°C and the flames of a BBQ would be a lot hotter than that! I don't even grill on full power with mine!
