Nice! Easy to use. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The mouth gaurd gets VERY soft in the hot water and it's sticky to the spoon so be careful not to pull it out of form! 8 seconds!! Definitely no longer

I have shopped around for months looking for the best mouth guard to protect my jaw and teeth while playing basketball. every other one I purchased was either too bulky or did not mold right. I decided to give this guard a try, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! It is very easy to mold, it fits very snug and is the perfect size, not too bulky and not too thin. I can breathe perfectly fine and talk without any issues. I recommend this to all my teammates and anyone who is looking for a high quality product at a great price! I have purchased more expensive mouth guards in the past that don't come close to this one . 10/10 !

My daughter lost her professionally made mouth guard for softball and we needed something quick to take it's place. She has a small mouth and refuses to wear the bulky ones. We ordered this and got it in two days. She molded it to her teeth and liked the way it fit. I'm sure it does not offer the protection of the bulkier mouthpieces but it is better than nothing at all.

Outstanding product!!! It fits great and is more comfortable than the one from my dentist. I made a top and bottom impression of my teeth. I did bite down for the bottom set because I didn't want my tongue pushing up towards my top teeth. This way my tongue stays behind the guard. I held the the sides up with my fingers after coming out of the hot water to keep it elongated, reaching the teeth in the back. Clear, sturdy and included information on how to care for your guard after making it. Keeps me from clenching all night and no headaches. Thanks so much.

⭐️⭐️ 2 out of 5 stars – Too Bulky and Unusable for a QBI bought this mouth guard for my son who plays quarterback, and unfortunately it just didn’t work for us. Even after following the molding instructions exactly and getting what should’ve been a perfect fit, it was still way too bulky.The main issue is that it’s almost impossible to speak clearly while wearing it. As a QB, communication is key, and this mouth guard makes it really hard to call plays or give instructions at the line of scrimmage.It might offer solid protection, but if you can’t talk or breathe easily with it in, it’s not practical—especially for a position like quarterback. We ended up switching to a different, lower-profile mouth guard that works much better.Might be fine for other positions where communication isn’t as critical, but for QBs, I can’t recommend it.

I used to play without a mouthpiece all my life. Then when I was playing a few years ago I got hit so hard in my jaw multiple times in a month that I nearly quit basketball. Took a month off and got a mouthpiece and I'm glad to say I'm still playing.I went from a super bulky shock doctor mouthpiece for basketball to this and I wish I made the switch sooner! It has simple protection and I play fairly aggressively so it's nice to know that when you get hit you have some cushion. I will say that it's not super tight to your teeth which is kind of nice for me. My mouth used to hurt after playing for a few hours with the shock doctor. I've even slept with this since I sometimes grind my teeth. Be sure to clean your mouthguard often cuz it's easy to get bacteria in those guys

The only good thing about this mouth guard is, it's only $9.00. It's too thick on the insides and the insides. Complex instructions. If I was someone needing sport mouth guard, I'd pay to have a dentist fit me for one. About $100. I'm kind of glad I tried this one to see if a cheaper one is worth it. I've had one made by a dentist that was so much better. I dislike writing bad reviews but this mouth guard was probably injected in a mold and the only real expense was "how much will I make by cheating a customer?
