My 2yr westie plays with it every waken moment of her day
The media could not be loaded. My 2 yr old westie is a high energy big attitude pup. She has over 50toys But by far tennis balls are her favorite. She doesn’t do fetch(I meant she doesn’t bring it back), even though we have tried and tried. It’s like that’s against her DNA since she is bred to hunt and kill small rodents. She absolutely loves this thing and plays with it the second she wakes up until night fall. Because how much she loves it, she is willing to bring the ball close enough to the machine. I love watching her anticipate the ball launch. Her tail goes from wagging to pin straight the last second(westie trait when they are focusing). She still likes to stare right into the laughing hole which she has been slap in the face by the ball couple times. She approves it for sure, now let’s talk about the machine.I like it has storage for 2 more balls in the machine. I haven’t tried using battery but it is a good feature. Machine also has remote which I love so much. I can turn it on and off and also mix settings without moving. I love you can choose settings and mix them too. I know people complain about setting 1 is weak, but you also need to know this machine is designed for all dogs different shape and sizes. Setting 3 is strong it is perfect for medium to larger dog. I don’t understand why there people complain it isn’t far enough. Setting 3 is at least 40 feet anymore it would break a window. My 15lbs westie like setting 2 and 3 but that’s the only one they don’t have a mixed setting for. No biggy! It hasn’t jammed any since we have been playing 4-5hrs a day for 3 days now. The 3 tennis balls came with are poor quality, my pup “skinned” all of them the first day. I bought her another set of 15 for $16 and they are wonderful. This machine shoots mini tennis balls so it’s designed more for small to medium dogs(of course unless your Great Dane likes mini tennis balls). I can’t see myself buying a one shoots regular size because it would probably take her eyeballs out since she likes to stare into the hole. Yes, she tried to skin the mini tennis ball but it’s corrective behavior you just need to tell them no. Plus only use 2-3 balls at a time and so far they are holding up. She has torn up a $10 toy in 15 mins so it’s not that “unaffordable”. Overall it brings me and her joy plus she is getting great exercise when it’s 105F outside. I don’t have any complains.

Idogmate Big Blue unit Terrible unit with many faults.
If you read all the features and details and believe them, you would have a nice unit to play, Fetch with your dog and for them to play fetch by themselves.UNFORTUNATELY, THE UNIT HAS MANY FLAWS IF YOU RE-SEARCH THE WEB YOU’LL FIND OUT HUNDREDS MAYBE THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE BATTERY NOT LASTING NEARLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND MANY MANY MANY COMPLAINTS OF THE BATTERY DOESN’T WORK AT ALL EVEN THOUGH THE LIGHT SAYS IT’S CHARGED ACCORDING TO THEIR INSTRUCTIONS.Mine the battery went from launching about eight balls the first day or first charge to two balls then no balls. The battery would not hold a charge or even charge. I contacted the seller who said the battery could be replaced, but didn’t offer to replace it.Didn’t answer most questions and they suggested we turn the unit so it was returned.I got got to mention to use the remote you have to have a clear line of sight within 7 feet of the unit. Another touted feature they used $2 parts to support. It turns out the battery pack is so small 11.1 volts 2600man cells. (About the size of 3 AA batteries) talk about being cheap it’s a $10-$15 battery so the manufacturer maybe had $4 in it and it’s supposed to launch about 250 balls per charge! Touted as a key feature of this unit’s capabilities. Portable take it anywhere, I guess if you use it for a cup holder. For $200 this is a waste of your money. Until the flaws are upgraded these are not worth anything for which it’s intended

Love this product. Dog's favorite toy.
UPDATE: Dog has figured it out and uses it all the time. Recently, the hopper switch was sticking. An email to support was promptly returned with instructions on how to get the back panel off and an offer to replace the broken part even though I told them it was past the warranty period. Turns out a random staple got into it and stuck to the magnetic switch. 10 minutes and good as new, thanks to very prompt customer support. I'd up my review to 6 stars if I could.UPDATE: Dog's finally learned how to use it by himself. He loves it. We love it. Need to find balls that he doesn't pick apart though. As far as the product, we're happy with it. It well-built and does exactly what it's supposed to do. It throws the advertised distance. The remote works. The battery works. However, the balls are not 1.75" as advertised. They are closer to 1 1/2 - 1 5/8. Not a big deal, but be aware when buying additional balls. 1.8" balls will not fit. Once the balls are a bit used, they don't fly as far, but it's been OK enough. The height is right for a small dog. I'd recommend it to a potential buyer. We have a mini poodle mix that cannot get enough of playing fetch. At first he was a little intimidated by the noise - it's not loud, but there is a whirring sound as the wheels spin up. He got over that quickly and now knows the noise means the ball is about to go. Took him a while to put the ball in the bucket himself rather than try to get us to do it for him. Not a strike against the product, but it's a little frustrating until the dog catches on. Fun to watch him play with it afterward.

How much attention does your dog need?
The launcher is a clever machine and is well constructed. We had hoped that our dog would learn to put the ball in on her own and we would not be needed to "feed" it. Unfortunately she didn't. I also bought one for my daughter and her dog but although her dog is intelligent she failed to learn how to put the ball in. We can use the launcher indoors and in the garden. We like it.

Amazing - my doggo goes nuts for it
Expensive - yes. Best dog investment ever - yes!Well worth the money as my 2 year old cockapoo absolutely loses himself over it. He was a little confused about it on the first try but as soon as he saw it in action he was hooked. Really sturdy unit which is quite big but light. Easy functions and comes with a remote. It can be used plugged in or you can charge it up to take outside. The sound is not too loud like others on the market (from researching) and as soon as my dog hears the high pitch noise just before the ball is spat out, he gets super excited. It comes with 2 normal sized tennis balls, a rope ball and a sponge ball. All work perfectly through it. The range is good (pretty powerful actually). We have used it inside as well.I’ve put it away and my dog keeps hovering around it as he doesn’t want to stop!A definite recommend for any ball obsessed dog

Great dog balls.
Great dog balls but slightly too big to use with dog ball throw launchers.
