My child loved to draw on it and it’s always a hit when his friends come over. It is made out of a heavy duty cardboard and is stable for it being cardboard. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy, manageable cardboard building for glue, accessories, etc. *by C***A on December 5, 2025* Fantastic thick cardboard house. I needed a train station to go with my holiday surprises. Can't exactly find one so I made one! Well, it's in the process of becoming a train station (for creative play). Need to paint those doors and windows - that's next. The box is 2 pieces that are identical to each other. It comes folded very neatly. Excellent packaging. Used some Super spray adhesive instead of the glue gun (which was melting thru the plastic tablecloth). Sticks down immediately - unforgiving. Get extra hands to help. The cardboard is completely tolerable to being manipulated, glued, etc. Used a razor blade to help open the doors and windows. They come perforated but I didn't want any tears. Used the spray glue AROUND THE OPENINGS. After it dried, on the flip side, we opened the doors and windows and cut out the vinyl brick tablecloth tracing the doors and windows with an exacto / sheet rock knife! Put a cutting board or a piece of board under your cutting. In the future, if you need a building .......... you can make it! Have fun making that cardboard come to life as realistic 'play buildings! Also, if you use spray adhesive - the over spray (working in doors ) can be removed with rubbing alcohol on paper towels. Fun stuff to create people! Lots of fun! Took a couple hours to plan and think things thru. Terrific! ## Frequently Bought Together - Easy Playhouse Blank Crafty Cottage - Kids Art and Craft for Indoor Fun, Color, Draw, Doodle on this Blank Canvas – Decorate and Personalize a Cardboard Fort, 32" x 26.5" x 40.5" - Made in USA, Age 3+ - Crayola Ultra Clean Washable Markers (40ct), Coloring Markers for Kids, Coloring Book Marker Set, Gifts for Kids, Ages 3+ - Easy Playhouse - Kids Art and Craft for Indoor and Outdoor Fun, Color, Draw, Doodle on this Blank Canvas – Decorate and Personalize a Cardboard Fort, 34" X 27" X 48" - Made in USA, Age 3+ --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/2294014-crafty-cottage](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/2294014-crafty-cottage) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
