Good accessory to gopro
Worked well for my hero 11 I have been using this media mod with external mic and immediately I noticed an improvement in the sound quality.

Expensive, but necessary to get HDMI output from your GoPro
Expensive for what it is, but sadly it's the only way to get an HDMI signal out of a GoPro 10/11/12

Very good mod for your Gopro 12
Well what can we say about the Gopro mic mod very good kit don't know how I used the Gopro before this makes it an all round camera We would like to give it 9/10

I thought the problem was the GoPro, but it's the Media Mod with the issue
This Media Mod does not always work. At first I thought it was my GoPro, but when the GoPro is in the Mod it doesn't always turn on when I press the 'On' button. I try over and over again, but not until I take off the Mod and turn the GoPro on without it, does the GoPro work. Then I will put the Mod back on , turn on the GoPro and it will work. However, when I plug in my receiver and mic it doesn't record voice sounds just erratic noise. So, the audio side of things also isn't working correctly after numerous attempts till I gave up. Not happy.

Game Changer
Perfect for cutting out wind noise on it's own, with the included sponge cover or with a seperate directional microphone. Helps make your clips sound even more professional. Reduces the number of times you need to record the sound track on a seperate device, Ideal for run and gun shooting.

Doesn’t fit on a tripod?
It seems to work fine BUT! None of my tripods have a long enough thread to screw it to. You’ll see.

It works as advertised
I've been using the media mod for a few weeks now and it's been great. I would recommend for someone like me who likes to view the footage on a decent sized TV, having the media mod is a very simple process. I've also been utilising the rear microphone on the mod to keep mic noise down while riding my bicycle and shooting at the same time. A great price and delivery was very fast, so I'm very happy.

For the best quality, pair it with an external microphone and polish your audio in post. If you’re building a robust, pro-level setup, this is a strong addition. But if you just need better voice capture without extra gear, skip it.

Accesorio para mejorar el audio en Gopro
Es muy buen accesorio, cumple a la perfección y al menos te quitas el engorro que suponía llevar el adaptador de otras cámaras GoPro anteriores. Eso sí, en mi opinión es un poco caro.

Indispensable pour les vlogueurs🏍 Le MediaMod n'a plus besoin de présentation: c'est l'outil idéal pour les vlogueurs, que ce soit en moto ou dans d'autres situations. L'ensemble est costaud, solide et inspire confiance. Compatible avec ma GoPro 13, il remplit parfaitement sa fonction. Un peu cher, certes, mais la qualité et l'efficacité sont au rendez-vous.👍
