It does need to be reapplied throughout the day, but then, all of my liners do. I don't believe this is for anyone who likes really dark, unnaturally caked on eyeliner. For a elegantly applied, smoky look, or even an every day "didn't even try" look, this is great. Plus, it didn't make my eyes burn like other "natural" eye makeup I've used in the past.
