Informative and detailed
Choucri does an excellent job laying out the various relations between international elements caused by Cyber. An experienced international writer for over 40 years, the author has a long background examining interdependence from various social and energy perspectives. For any higher level research on the topic, I would definitely recommend this book,

information technology and international relations
In this book, Nazli Choucri addresses the question of how the introduction of information and communications technologies (ICTs) has changed the conduct of international relations in recent decades. She uses primarily inductive methods to conclude that the introduction of ICTs raises the relative power of individuals, small groups, and non-state actors in world politics. It also increases the speed with which ideas and certain types of goods and services move globally. There is some discussion of the use of ICTs as weapons of cyberwar. Part of the book is devoted to answering the question of whether the diffusion of ICTs can help to solve problems of environmental sustainability. Finally, the author spends some time on the evolution of new international institutions for the purpose of solving collective action problems associated with the rise of ICTs
