Yes. Absolutely. This mask is large and mine fits snugly over a silicone filter.

Does this mask steam up glasses and does it have a nose bar?

No, it doesn't steam up!! It's been a huge problem for my husband, trying to get a mask which doesn't steam his glasses up but we've finally found this one, thanks to recommendation by moneysavingexpert Martin Lewis. The filters are great, too. And it has a really good nose bar.

Packaging states filters not tested for effectiveness against Covid. Is this correct

No masks that one can buy over the counter are going to stop you getting Covid-19. These are not medical masks. However they are quite efficient at reducing the spread, as they have extra filtres to put in so they reduce the chance of you spreading disease and if other people are wearing them, you are protected by them.
