Perfect Replacement
Fit like the original. Just make sure the surface is 100% clear of the old material and it will match right up

Very Good but needed a trim
Item was good but the adhesive was offset by 1/18th inch.Leaving it dry on one side and a slight protruding film on the other by 1/8th. The film being just adhesive and likely to gum up, catch dust etcI put it in the freezer for an hour then used a modeling knife to carefully trim off the film.Let it eat again before installing g without issue. Looks and feels great.

Easy replacement for worn-out back support
This was a perfect replacement for a worn-out back pad on our Aeron chair. Removing the old pad and sticky residue is kind of a pain, but this pad works perfectly

Good replacement
Do not use anytime of removed that affects plastics, I used a gel stripper and it ate away at the plastic pad. Had to get a new one.Use some iso alchol after you scrap the old pad off

Perfect Fit
I needed this to replace the foam on my chair which started to crumble and leave a mess. I looked online to find some walkthroughs on how to remove the lumbar support. It was easy to scrape off the old foam pad and replace it with the new one.

a bit expensive but does the job
old one is pain to get off, need to pick, peel and rub off. but once off and cleaned, this one just sticks to it. The original one looked fine but compared to new one, it was not soft and fluffy.

Poor Quality
The double sided tape was not put on properly, what you are buying is not the sesame quality as the picture and compared to the quality of the Herman Miller support it is not even close. I only used this product has an extra layer to the Herman Miller posture fit to make it thicker worked as expected. Would NEVER replace this with the original Herman Miller posture fit support. Spend the extra money and buy a new OEM part
