Good but way overpriced
I get that we “get what you pay for”, but the price of this bag is ridiculous, likely bc they make it by RX only. I have older dogs and have to mix this with other food to account for other issues, so feeding two dogs for a month costs $150. If I didn’t need the joint and kidney support, I wouldn’t even look at this product and would go with a high quality natural food that is lower in cost

My dog loves it! Seems to also really be helping with her coat too because she is so soft and doesn’t itch anymore. Less itching means less shedding too so that’s a plus. She also has so much energy for being a senior dog now so I’m happy with this food. It’s expensive but I feel like you get what you pay for and I want to invest in my dogs health so overall I recommend!

Necessary, for the health of my dog. A dog I would be willing to mortgage my home for, and that is just about what it takes to buy this dogfood. I’m just grateful there is something I can feed her that she can eat, with her kidney numbers.

The product is good
The product is good unlike a very unreasonable shipping time. I left an honest review but Amazon blocks the truth. I had to chat three times with them and had a phone call about shipment specification as it was one thing and then it took them two weeks to ship it and they kept denying it. Use chewy to order. Save your time and money.

My dog said no way, no how, never
Like the Hill's canned food I tried, my dog that needs KD food did not like this option. She absolutely refuses to eat it under any circumtances. Even just mixing half a handful of this food into a bowl of boiled rice and chicken (which she usually inhales), results in her refusing to eat any of it. She won't even attempt to eat around it, she just chooses to go hungry. I'm thankful for the Hill's satisfaction guarantee though, so that I was able to get a refund for this very expensive food.
