Very good choice
Sean T has sealed it once again; of course one of my favourite exercise instructors. However, exercise DVD. is not for the faint hearted and is not for beginners; but the main thing is that it does work and I am seeing a difference in respect of my body toning up nicely. But you have to have some level of fitness in order to do Insanity 30. But for me, it has been money well spent; and all my dvd are in good order.

Great workout - I got this for my husband after he had completed Focus T25 (inc gamma) several times and Hard Corps and he says it’s great.

Poor quality.
Trying to work out if this is a bootleg box set or at least second hand. I’d assumed I was buying a new item but the nutrition booklet is falling apart. Dents on other leaflets and dvd casing showing previous use. At least the first two DVD’s work so far. But annoyed no mention I was buying second hand or bootleg.
