life time maps and traffic management enabled I have just found out that there is no traffic management for england on this device and most of the features are not enabled without this I feel like i was conned

i bought a becker active 5 lmu over 3 years ago I was under the impression that this was 3d, life time maps and traffic management enabled I have just found out that there is no traffic management for england on this device and most of the features are not enabled without this I feel like i was conned. i tryed contacting the company about this but recieved no reply from them. IF YOU DIGG ABOUT ON THERE WEB SITE you come to the realisation that there is no way to contact them directely. i advise anyone thinking of buying one of these to stay away and save your money.

Don't bother!

This device is beautifully crafted but next to useless. It is desperately slow to sync to GPS so it estimates your location from last known position.This means it can be a quarter of a mile behind, which is worse than not working.Buy a TomTom Go 510 instead

Badly described for being sold to the UK. Free life time updates do not include the UK and in fact there is not even any map at all of the UK. Slow on refund.
