At long last, found a comparable replacement for our favorite Schwan's Home Delivery hotdogs!!
Due to the many ingredients found in hotdogs, for years I only purchased hotdogs from Schwan's Home Delivery. Soooo disappointed when they ended this service.So I started a very serious search for comparable hotdogs -- Berk's fit the bill. This is my second purchase (started with three pack, last time ordered the 6 pack). Ingredients are the same as Schwan's and according to hubby, they taste almost the same. He said they have a slightly more smokey taste/flavor than Schwan's. It is to be noted that these hotdogs are "grillers" so that may account for the extra smokey taste. I have been and am still searching for the "original" Berks hotdogs -- in an online format. Because of our rural area, they are not available in any nearby grocery.Will continue to purchase the hotdogs!!

Best Hotdogs Ever!!
These hotdogs never disappoint. Bought 6 packs recently and we were concerned that the expiration date was early June. Well, I have one pack left and it's only April 30! If you have to decide between hotdogs and steaks, PICK THE BERKS HOT DOGS!! You won't be sorry.

The best American Hot Dogs in America! I am German and I know Hot dogs in and out These Hot dogs are just as good as the german DOGS, MAYBE YOU CAN MAKE grobe mettwurst (COURSE T SAUSAGE) AM LOOKING FOR A YEAR, BUT CAN'T FIND THEM. i WILL PASS ON YOUR BEST HOT DOGS THERE ISMANFRED GAUER
