I thought I was buying Ridgid Batteries. What I got was a Chinese look-a-like. The batteries fit great and charged with no problems. They are not constructed as rugged as a Ridgid Battery. Drop the drill and you will have a busted battery. They are physically lighter than the Ridgid battery. I question the 4ah capacity due to the lighter weight.

Nothing in the listing says used, or even refurbished. I expected cheap and cheerful generic batteries that were NEW. That would have been fine. What I got was 2 dead batteries that didn’t charge or work, they had actual dirt on them, were paint penned with someone’s marks and were well worn from use. The one that says it’s a bad battery and it’s charge light work… just doesn’t do anything else, the other says it’s charging but the lights don’t come on and it doesn’t work. Oh, yes they were generic. Also barely fit the Ridgid drill I bought them for.

Product arrive on time. Excellent price and it is working very good.

The battery look as good as holds a charge I've used them on several projects with out them running out of power. The batteries are a little heavy, I'd take a little heaver then a battery that won't hold a charge.

Although this product IS compatible with my drill, they keep getting stuck on my gun. Took some banging AND lots of elbow grease to get it off. Not worth the hassle for me, so I returned them.

very happy with quality

Both get stuck and don't comeout easily from all tools. One quit taking a charge after second charge. The other one works well. Basically got one good battery out of the deal. The other is an expensive paper weight.
