This is basically a liquid icy Hot with a sponge applicator and I am here for it. I don't know if it stops my pain but it does do the distraction thing for your brain so you don't think about it or notice it as much. It does have the Bengay smell, it's not terribly strong though so you don't walk around smelling like a nursing home. 😂
