Bought this for my husband to celebrate Father's Day. He loved it however we could not get the gas tank connected! It finally got resolved however we were a bit disappointed that we couldn't use it on Father's day which is why I couldn't rate a 5 star. It is August 22 as I write this review and he LOVES his Blackstone more than his regular grill!

Doesn’t heat the griddle enough. Changed gas and still not enough heat to cook properly. Emailed the support and no answer. And had no choice but to return it sadly.
