Pebbles they are, but white they are not.
White on arrival with a white, wet residue all over the bag which soon washes off when laid externally. The odd pebble is white but they are mixed shades of grey and sand when the rain washes the whitewash off. A shame but they are still ok for the garden, just not all white.

Highly recommend, bought for the cemetery, good size, but not to big, not like your fish tank stuff.
