These are super tiny and easy to get down. I didn't notice a difference in my vaginal health after taking the whole bottle, but no negative side effects either. I think these are good for maintenance. However, if you're struggling with imbalances, these may not be potent enough to give you results.

I have been taking this Probiotic for about 8 months and it works great. My last order had some confusion. One day I received an empty bag. I was concerned and contacted the seller. My daughter was suffering with repeated bouts of thrush. I read that this was recommended. She hasn’t had an issue since. She usually struggles with tablet sizes but these were fine to swallow. Taste didn’t bother her. Brilliant!

I have suffered with BV since 2017. I am 24 years old and have been to the doctors countless times about this. I am usually prescribed oral antibiotics which have worked until recently. Because I have been suffering with this for such a long time it is likely that my body is getting more resistant to the treatment. I would also like to mention that I have tried countless over the counter gels, pessaries etc to help curb the symptoms which do work but as soon as you stop using them it comes back. I was recently prescribed metronidazole gel to use twice a week and decided to use these probiotics in conjunction with it. I am now only taking the probiotics and on my second order of 30 tablets taking 2 a day; so this would be day 26. I have noticed a huge reduction in watery discharge and the smell is so much better. I am confident that with even more time it will feel completely back to normal down there. It is expensive but in my opinion so worth it.
