Product packaging changed
Chocolate is tasty, BUT company changed packaging to packets. No longer in cans. Packets complete use is very strong. Would much rather have cans to decide myself how much to place in cup.

Water may be substituted for milk.
Exceptional quality. I utilize water in place of milk. Ease of use is a significant advantage. The taste is excellent, and the cocoa texture is superb.

Excellent hot cocoa mix
This is an excellent hot cocoa mix. I didn't see this in other's comments but you should use milk instead of water in this particular mix for it to taste its best. It is rich, creamy, - quite delightful to serve our guests. It doesn't have the cheap off taste of many brands but do be sure to use milk instead of water. Water is just not good in it.
