Such a timesaver, and it's powerful too!
I first bought one of these robot vacuums to maintain the upstairs, where I keep my cats' litter boxes and where they spend most of their time. We have hard floors with area rugs, so we often found ourselves stepping on tiny litter granules (arm and hammer clump and seal). I have joint problems and lugging a heavy vacuum around everyday was not an option. Even using a lightweight stick vacuum was getting tiresome everyday. I specifically bought this unit because of its strong suction power (I just compared the suction power unit "Pa" to other vacuums and saw that this one was the highest in my price range). Plus it had a mop feature, so that's why I chose this one over others. Before using Rob (what I named it), I first performed a deep clean with my upright Shark vacuum. If you've ever owned a Shark, you'll know that Sharks have exceptional suction power. Well, after I ran Rob, I was so surprised at how much it picked up. And I'm not just talking carpet fibers, but I found a huge amount of dust, cat hair, and litter particles that my big vacuum failed to pick up. Then I went exploring in the robot app, I saw that I could turn up the suction power. So I turned it up to Max the next time I used it and it picked up even more. I tried the mop function, and it was honestly just okay. I think that if you have areas of your home that don't have any rugs or runners, that it would be useful. Otherwise, this vacuum will go right over them and will dampen them. So the mop function didn't serve much use for my needs but may be amazing for someone else. I like that there is an included cleaning brush tool to clean the filters every time you dump out the waste bin. I recommend removing the filters and tapping them outside to remove the dust most effectively. So far after almost a year of owning and using twice-daily this robot, I have had few issues with it. An example is when I forget to pick up my cat toys, such as ribbons, they will get caught up in the brush roll and trigger a warning code from the unit. This will stop the unit from running as a safety precaution. So sometimes I'll come home after work and find that Rob didn't complete its run, because a cat toy or ribbon got stuck in it. So I just make sure not to leave any toys or ribbon lying around now. Pros: *Efficient *Timesaver *Cheap replacement parts *Good battery life *Always finds its way back to home base *Easy to clean Cons: *Gets tangled on ribbons or cords left on floor *The magnetic strip included came with a really poor adhesive backing and I could not remove the liner from the adhesive. It was stuck and so therefore I wasn't able to use the magnetic strip to keep the vacuum out of certain parts of my house. *Must empty waste bin at least every couple of days if you have pets and run daily (and I have air purifiers, which collect excess dust and fur, so you might need to empty sooner) *The power button on top of the unit is touch-based and often brushes against something (like a fabric cat tunnel or a desk cord dangling at just the right height) and will turn off th unit. I think that a tactile push button would have been a better design idea to prevent accidental shut off. Luckily when I'm in the other room and I hear the vacuum turn off after going under the cat tunnel, I just turn it back on from the app and hope it doesn't go under the tunnel again. *The error code for when something gets tangled or when the unit gets caught on a raised ledge, such as a cat tree ledge, is so loud and long. All I need is like three beeps. It goes on for what feels like a full 30 seconds and is annoying. *Sometimes I'll notice that Rob has disappeared from my app. In the app, you can schedule cleanings every day or on specific days at any time that you choose. When I've noticed that the vacuum didn't start, I'll go to the app and see it has disappeared. I'll go through the process of adding it back in and adding new schedules once again. And it'll be fine sometimes for weeks at a time. So I'm not quite sure why the vacuum will randomly disappear from the app. I don't know if it has to do with my Wi-Fi connection or an app bug. When I do add it back, the app remembers what I had named the vacuum. So overall am very pleased and even bought a 2nd unit for the downstairs! They have saved me a lot of time and energy. I don't have to worry about straining myself physically as much to keep a clean home. I still do a deep vacuum at least once a month, but Rob and Rob Clone have saved me a lot of effort. My floors look extremely clean because of them.

Great robot vacuum for price and features
There's something pleasing about having neat carpet lines. I bought this robot vacuum over other well known brands because it's combination of features - phone connectability, vacuum and mop, laser assisted tech., mapping system, etc. - and price. Don't sleep on this vaccuum. It does what the others do and more! I've had this robot for a little over 2 weeks now and have it scheduled to clean once a day. Who KNEW that my 2 bed/ 2 bath home could accumulate so much dust in just 24 hours. Every time I empty the dispenser, it's about half a cup of dust and pet hair (I have a cat). This helps make cleaning a breeze. I really like how efficient it is with ensuring that every inch of flooring is cleaned. Once it detects that the main flooring is done, it then focuses on the edges of the room. I would say that this vacuum is quieter than a regular vacuum, but definitely not silent. I work from home and sometimes have to turn it off mid-meetings because it is detectable over my microphone. I have yet to use the mop function and will update my review once I do.

Plastic wheel attachment broke only 6 month old
***Update*** The company saw my review and refunded me 1/2 of my money for the floor vacuum. They also apologized and are making adjustments to the machine to enhance its performance! WOW! Right, had no idea the company would be generous and also to make improvements! Great customer service. I truly loved this slim design floor vac...it got in and under everything! I thought I had a solid machine. I have a dog that is a shedder and hardwood and tile floors. Low pile rugs that the vac glided over with ease. It's low profile got under all cabinets and furniture as the robot is 2" in height. One day robot is resting as if it got a flat tire. Removed the backing and discovered the plastic piece that holds the wheel aligned had snapped off. Decided to try and salvage the thing (Still had not earned its keep in dollars). Glued the plastic piece back an allowed it to cure for 24 hours. Seemed to work great. Only now, 4 days later the robot only maneuvers in a very small circle as if it is confused or lost. Not sure why the company would use a plastic material piece to hold the wheel in place? The wheel does all the work. Company can do better for the price that it charges. Make this part out of a more sustainable material. Very disappointed on the cheap manufactured part that obviously is a critical piece to the entire robot. The wheel should be secured with metal, not a plastic flimsy piece so once that breaks the entire robot is now trash. Only 6 months of use. Sad

The best robotic vacuum
This robot has made my life so easy and I don’t have to worry about vacuuming any more; moreover, its a two in one vacuum so it does the job of mopping as well. It works great on rugs and hardwood floors. Of course the mopping function isn’t gonna work on the rugs. The best part is that its wifi and remote control and also has an app which you can download and you can turn on the vacuum from your bedroom, your office or if you are going to a party just turn it on and leave the house it will clean the whole house and automatically go back to its self charging port. The suction power is great and switches from hardwood to rugs. Forgot to mention the most important part that it comes with magnetic strips so if I use it upstairs in the bedroom it will detect the magnetic strip and wouldn’t cross the line so it wouldn’t fall from the staircase. This is my first robotic vacuum and I am very impressed by it.

It's okay.
This honestly was a waste of money. Yeah it vacuums and yeah it moves around the house to get the little crumbs it can vacuum but... *The little tank it is only so big *The app keeps disconnecting from the vacuum so you have to keep re-entering the info *It keeps going over the same area like 5 times before finally getting the right angle to move on go another area. *It also randomly stops under my fridge. Something about my fridge makes it pause in its driving. *My number one complaint (which is mostly my fault for not knowing, this is my first robot vacuum) is the bristles are not rubber, so cleaning it is annoying and mundane. It's okay for a cheap beginner vacuum but I definitely know what I want now. 😅

Never Liked This Vacuum
I regret this purchase so much! I bought the vacuum in July of 2021. As of the end of May of this year it will not even turn on. It only shows “signs of life” when it is on the charge station. I’ve used it maybe 20 times the entire time I’ve had it because it was such a headache to operate- it continuously got trapped under things and tangled in wires, even after I used the magnetic strips (it just pushed them out of the way; and yes, I tried many times to re-adhere the strips to a clean tile floor). The mop feature was the original selling point for me & it was not worth it. The finished product after using the mop feature was a streaky floor. The vacuum was supposed to have different amounts of suction on different types of floors, but it would mostly just run on the full power mode the entire time. A couple of times I even heard it go down in power when it entered the carpeted room!!! I think it stopped working because of a dead battery, since it wasn’t running for long before needing a charge for the last 2-3 times I used it. This was only my second robot vacuum, my first was a Eufy 11s. Last week I purchased another Eufy (I found a good deal at a local store) and the vacuum for the price is a much better deal. My advice is to stay away from the Proscenic hybrid vacuum. Never again.

Cleans well
Ever since i refinished my hardwood floor, I had been looking for a robot vacuum and read a lot to compare the size-specs-quality-power- and price comparison of the same level robot vacuum. I’ve heard about Proscenic brand for a while, and been comparing it with some of more well known brand. Since it’s cheaper and was on sale, i decided to buy this one and it doesn’t disappoint me! It has strong suction power and really clean my floor! I don’t have pets, no kids, and I generally clean my house once a week, so it never really get dirty. But this vacuum still sucks a lot of dust i must had missed with my other vacuum. It cleans the edges really well, and it cleans orderly. It only has some difficulties when it vacuum my shaggy thick rug, but for the most part, it cleans really well. It’s really fun to watch it working. Battery last a long time and able to clean my 3 bedrooms house in 1 charge. I’m glad i bought this one!

Very effective
I have been really pleased with this vacuum after running it daily for a week! It has been very effective in picking up all the dust and grime I have on my floors with 3 boys and a dog. It is also super cool that I can control it from the app or Alexa. I have really enjoyed watching it map its progress on the app and being able to start it with my voice. I have had several robot vaccums and feel like this one is very effective and does not get caught under furniture like others I have had. I have only used the mop feature once. I didn’t love that you have to switch out the tanks/traps and primarily plan to use the vacuum portion. I also like that this is much quieter than other robots I have owned! :) Also, the battery life has been exactly what I need to clean my downstairs, then after cleaning the robot docks automatically.
